"By Gold Label donating the soil we were able to set up four schools in our local area with polytunnels of varying sizes and several square metres of raised beds at each school. As you can see from the photographs the projects are doing extremely well with each school having harvests of a variety of vegetables already. They have been selling their produce to parents and sending fresh produce ‘goody bags’ with the children to eat at home. In September we will be holding a Little Growers market stall in collaboration with the supermarket ‘The Co-Operative’ where all four schools will sell their produce to local residents to raise money to increase their growing projects even further.
So a huge huge thank you from everyone at Little Growers for your generosity and for helping to make our most recent project possible, we were so pleased when our Gold Label pallets arrived!"
